Too difficult for me. trouble some to keep sending emails for queries and the responses takes too long to be answered. The responds are mostly saying
to go consult a doctor. Am out from this routines bcx not satisfied. Master classes is very good I joined that regularly. However I have joined other zoom classes which I find the class more suitable to my needs as it's easier to follow through and not too difficult for my aged. Am above 60 so I need something more simple and easy as a beginner.
