About the author
The author of Suryavamsha, Manjunath Dattatreya, is no more. He passed away last year. His last one-and-a-half years were spent fighting a valiant battle against cancer and scripting these two amazing books. He is survived by his wife, Poornima Shankar and twin daughters, Aparna and Anvita. An engineer with a degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, Manjunath was a storyteller at heart. He wrote his two books with the intention of progressively reinterpreting the stories of our ancient past for the current generation.
